219 Right 67-7835I authorizes a total annual storage volume of 3.4 acre-feet, 1.5 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the pond and 1.9 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation.
220 The one (1) pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 1.5 acre-feet or a total surface area of 1.3 acres.
R02 A lockable device subject to the approval of the Department shall be maintained on the diverting works in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.
