T19 Pursuant to Section 42-1412(6), Idaho Code, this water right is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of water rights as may be determined by the Snake River Basin Adjudication court at a point in time no later than the entry of the final unified decree.
Use of this right with Right 65-53X is limited to the irrigation of a combined total of 1924 acres within the boundaries of the Reed Ditch Co. in a single irrigation season.
Use of this right with Right No. 65-53X is limited to a total combined diversion rate of 46.13 cfs.
This right when combined with Right 65-53X shall provide no more than .02 cfs per acre for irrigation. The diversion rate in excess of .02 cfs per acre is for delivery loss as provided in the Payette River Basin Adjudication.
Right No. 65-53X is also diverted through point of diversion described above.
