220 The reservoir established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 0.4 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.2 acre(s).
219 Right 65-22852 authorizes total annual storage volume of 1.0 acre-feet; 0.4 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the reservoirs and 0.6 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation.
R05 Use of water under this right may be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 65.
