219 Right 65-13689 authorizes total annual storage volume of 15.0 acre-feet, 4.8 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the pond and 10.2 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 4.8 acre-feet or a total surface area of 1.6 acres.
18C Prior to diversion of water under this right, the right holder shall provide a means acceptable to the department to measure the amount of water entering the reservoir and the amount of water released from the reservoir.
The right holder shall continue to address public safety concerns by limiting access to the dam and spillway.
