Code Condtions
Rights 65-12985, 65-12457 and 65-23085 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 0.47 cfs.
Use of water for domestic purposes under Right 65-13457 and 65-12985 is limited to a combined total of 450 homes.
132 Domestic use is for 450 homes. Irrigation of lawns, gardens and landscaping associated with the homes is authorized under water right 65-12985 and 65-23086.
01M After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to use power records to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department.
