R29 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than .02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.0 afa per acre for irrigation of the lands above.
R04 Use of water under this water right will be regulated by the watermaster of State Water District No. &DISTRICT.
A measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type acceptable to the Department shall be maintained as part of the diverting works. Diversion under this right is allowed only when at least 0.02 cfs reaches the Cougar Mountain Association park downstream. When water is not available to fill this right, the right holder shall cease diversion or shall rent water from the Payette River Rental Pool. Source known locally as Hay Creek.
