R65 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 4.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
Diversion under this water right is contingent on the use of a pipeline from the source to the area to be irrigated. The water right holder shall maintain a lockable headgate and measuring device at the point where the pipeline, which provides for irrigation under this water right, diverts from the main pipeline. Also the main pipeline must be equipped with a lockable valve that will allow shutoff beyond this secondary diversion point during periods when only this water right is being supplied water through the pipeline.
