R04 Use of water under this water right will be regulated by the watermaster of State Water District No. &DISTRICT.
004 The issuance of this right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
The permit holder shall provide measuring devices that enable the watermaster to accurately deliver the flow established by this water right. Storage facility is known locally as Upper Jug Creek Reservoir. Point of water exchange from Boulder Creek: Lot 3 (NWSW), S30, T18N, R4E. Point of injection into Louie Creek: SWNW, S32, T18N, R4E. Point of injection into Boulder Creek: LOT 4 (SWSW), S31, T18N, R4E. This right when combined with all other storage rights from Upper Jug Creek Reservoir shall not exceed 1132 acre feet. The right holder shall use the full allotment of his surface water right, to the extent it is available, in conjunction with groundwater diverted pursuant to this right.
R26 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 4.0 afa per acre for irrigation of the lands above.
