R04 Use of water under this water right will be regulated by the watermaster of State Water District No. &DISTRICT.
T09 Approval of this transfer does not preclude the opportunity for review of the validity of the water right(s) in the ongoing Snake River Basin Adjudication.
R32 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than .02 cfs per acre nor more than 4.5 afa per acre for irrigation of the lands above.
The total instantaneous diversion of water from all points of diversion under Transfer No. 4486 shall not exceed 2.00 cfs, nor total combined annual volume of 321.7 af. Right No. 65-12737 is limited to the irrigation of 20.0 acres in the place of use described above in a single irrigation season. Combined Right Nos. 65-04015X, 65-07369 and 65-12737 are limited to the total combined irrigation of 70.0 acres.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
T17 Prior to diversion of water under this approval, the right holder shall provide a means of measurement acceptable to the Department from all authorized points of diversion which will allow determination of the total rate of diversion.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one (1) year of the date of this approval.
028 After specific notification by the department, the right holder shall annually report the amount of water diverted to the department.
