Code Condtions
C18 This partial decree is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of the water rights as may be ultimately determined by the Court at a point in time no later than the entry of a final unified decree. Section 42-1412(6), Idaho Code.
S39 The use of water for irrigation under this right may begin as early as March 1, provided other elements of the right are not exceeded. The use of water before March 15 under this remark is subordinate to all water rights having no subordinated early or late irrigation use and a priority date earlier than the date a partial decree is entered for this right.
E61 The rights listed below are limited to a total combined diversion rate of 9.02 cfs. Combined Right Nos.: 63-3198A, 63-3198BB, 63-7425A, 63-7425B, 63-7425C, 63-7427A and 63-8365A

Commercial use is for a dairy facility located within the SENE and NESE, S24, T01N, R01W.
The place of commercial use authorized by this approval includes land upon which wastewater may be applied for irrigation purposes to satisfy water quality requirements. Water diverted under this approval shall not be used for irrigaiton unless the water is first used in the dairy as authorized by this water right.
This right is appurtenant to land designated as DLE No. I-3377.
