Code Condtions
Rights 63-3315, 63-3547, 63-3581, 63-33290 and 63-33292 when combined for all uses shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 14.15 cfs and a total annual maximum diversion volume of 3280.3 af.
R65 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 4.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
Rights 63-3315, 63-3547, 63-3581 and 63-33292 are limited for dairy uses to a total combined diversion rate of 2.55 cfs and to a total combined annual diversion volume of 399.8 af for stockwater and commercial uses at the dairy facility.
X27 This right is limited to the irrigation of 632.5 acres within the place of use described above in a single irrigation season.
X35 Rights 63-3315, 63-3547, 63-3581, 63-33290 and 63-33292 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 11.60 cfs, a total annual maximum diversion volume of 2880.5 af at the field headgate, and the irrigation of 640.1 acres.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of Transfer 73903 is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by Transfer 73903 within one year of the date of the approval.
186 Diversion of water from the additional well authorized under Transfer 74917 located in the SWNE, Sec. 36, T6N, R5W shall not exceed a maximum diversion rate of 7.00 cfs.

WD8 The place of commercial use authorized by this approval includes land upon which wastewater may be applied for irrigation purposes to satisfy water quality requirements.
01M After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to use power records to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department.
