027 Use of water under this right shall be non-consumptive.
Heating use is for buildings on lots 1-35 and lots 38-53 of Willis Carrie's Paradise subdivision and lots 2-7 of Paradise Pines subdivision, on a parcel locally known as the Wagon Town parcel' for the upper and lower pump houses at the points of diversion, and for the PHOA pool dressing room.
Water diverted and used under this right shall be returned to the natural channel of Grouse Creek.
X35 Rights 63-10560, 63-12316 and 63-32016 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 1.12 cfs.
R43 The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion(s).
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 63.
