R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 63.
027 Use of water under this right shall be non-consumptive.
Water used under this water right is limited to the beneficial use for aesthetic purposes for two existing waterfalls occupying a combined surface area of not more than 100 square feet. There can be no enlargement of the surface area of the existing waterfalls and use of water under this water right.
