R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 63.
The right holder shall mitigate for evaporation losses under this right by reducing the irrigated acreage under Right 63-11381 by 1/2 (one half) acre. If mitigation is not provided in this manner, the right holder shall provide an alternate source of mitigation water or shall cease diverting water under this right.
