X27	This right is limited to the irrigation of 63 acres within the authorized place of use in a single irrigation season.
	Rights 2-10185, 2-10491, 2-10509, 63-2825, 63-3135, 63-3260, and 63-3331 when combined shall not exceed the irrigation of 333.7 acres.
X35	Rights 63-2825, 63-3135, 63-3260, and 63-3331 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 3.48 cfs, a total annual maximum diversion volume of 1143.0 af at the field headgate, and the irrigation of 254 acres.
X35	Rights 2-10490, 2-10491, 63-2825, 63-2949, 63-3135, 63-3260, 63-3331, 63-31477, and 63-32843 when combined shall not exceed a total annual maximum diversion volume of 3154.5 af at the field headgate and the irrigation of 701 acres.
WB7	This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor exceed a combined annual maximum diversion volume of 283.5 af at the field headgate for the place of use.
R61	This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 4.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
01M	After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to use power records to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department.
065	The right holder shall make full beneficial use of all surface water available to the right holder for irrigation of the lands authorized to be irrigated under this right. The right holder shall limit the diversion of ground water under this right for land with an appurtenant surface water right(s) to those times when the surface water supply is not available or reasonably sufficient to irrigate the place of use authorized under this right.
105	If the surface water right(s) appurtenant to the place of use for this right is unavailable for any reason other than drought or curtailment by priority (for example abandoned, forfeited, sold, transferred, leased, used on another place of use, or disallowed by court decree), the right holder shall not divert ground water for irrigation purposes on the land with appurtenant surface water rights without an approved transfer pursuant to Section 42-222, Idaho Code, or approval of the Department if a transfer is not required.
046	Right holder shall comply with the drilling permit requirements of Section 42-235, Idaho Code and applicable Well Construction Rules of the Department.
106	Use of water under this approval shall comply with applicable water quality standards of the Department of Environmental Quality.
T07	The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08	Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
T19	Pursuant to Section 42-1412(6), Idaho Code, this water right is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of water rights as determined by the Snake River Basin Adjudication court in the final unified decree entered 08/26/2014.
