220 The 7 ponds established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 43 acre-feet or a total surface area of 5.3 acres.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 63.
To offset the depletion of water resulting from the use of water under this right, the right holder shall, in cooperation with the owner of Rights 63-145 and 63-16383, divert 0.11 cfs and an annual diversion volume of 21.4 af for ground water recharge as authorized by Transfer 71069. If the right holder cannot continue to implement this mitigation plan every year for any reason, the right holder shall immediately implement an alternative mitigation plan approved by the Department.
