X35 Rights 63-3110 and 63-3394 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 7.03 cfs, a total annual maximum diversion volume of 1,777.6 af at the field headgate, and the irrigation of 395 acres.
186 Diversion of water from the additional well authorized under Transfer 87354 located in SWNE, Sec. 09, T01N, R02W shall not exceed a maximum diversion rate of 5.57 cfs.
01M After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to use power records to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department.
N12 The quantity of water under this right for domestic use shall not exceed 13,000 gallons per day.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one (1) year of the date of this approval.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
