After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to use power records to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department.

Rights 63-4968, 63-5036, 63-5038, 63-5039, 63-2731, 63-5037, 63-21537, 63-21541, and 63-7678 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 12.48 cfs, a total annual maximum diversion volume of 5779.7 af at the field headgate.
WD8
The industrial place of use authorized by this right includes land upon which wastewater may be applied for irrigation purposes to satisfy water quality requirements. Water diverted under this right for industrial purposes shall not be used for irrigation unless the water is first used in the industrial facility as authorized by this water right.
Industrial use is for a food processing plant.
T07
The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08
Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
T19
Pursuant to Idaho Code § 42-1412(6), this water right is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of water rights as determined by the Snake River Basin Adjudication court in the final unified decree entered 08/26/2014.
