Code	Condtions
172	The boundary encompassing the place of use for this water right is described with a digital boundary as authorized by Idaho law. The data comprising the digital boundary are stored in the electronic document management system of the Department and are incorporated into this approval by this reference. A map depicting the place of use is attached to this approval document to illustrate the place of use described by the digital boundary.
X27	This right is limited to the irrigation of 1809.7 of the 1826 acres decreed for this right within the authorized place of use in a single irrigation season. Transfer 71069 changed the nature of use of 8.1 acres to ground water recharge. Transfer 87249 changed the nature of use of 7 acres to diversion to storage and aesthetic storage. Additionally, 1.2 acres have been dedicated to mitigation by delivery for right 63-32811.
R05	Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 63.
219	Rights 63-145 and 63-16383 authorize the diversion of an annual total of 28.4 acre-feet to be used for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation from the ponds authorized under Rights 63-31134, 63-31135, and 63-31136.
R43	The right holder shall maintain measuring devices and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control at the point of diversion and at the inflow of the ground water recharge ponds. The right holder shall also maintain measuring devices at all discharge points from the ground water recharge ponds. Water shall not be diverted for irrigation from the recharge ponds at a rate or volume higher than the amount delivered to the ponds less any amount allocated to ground water recharge.
R65	This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 4.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
N05	The quantity of water under this right for stockwater use shall not exceed 13,000 gallons per day.
N08	The quantity of water decreed for this water right for stockwater use is not a determination of historical beneficial use.
T07	The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08	Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
T19	Pursuant to Section 42-1412(6), Idaho Code, this water right is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of water rights as may be determined by the Snake River Basin Adjudication court at a point in time no later than the entry of the final unified decree.
