R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 63.
The right holder must provide for 1.0 af of storage water or some other source of water to be released into the Boise River for mitigation purposes and shall annually secure an executed storage lease agreement or other documentation as proof of such release into the Boise River. Upon notification, the right holder shall provide the documentation to the department.
R02 Upon notification, a lockable device subject to the approval of the Department shall be maintained on the diverting works in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.
18C Upon notification, the right holder shall provide a means acceptable to the department to measure the amount of water released from the reservoir.
