Code Condtions
As mitigation for the consumptive use of water under this right, the right holder shall annually lease 14.0 acre feet of storage water within Boise River storage facilities for release into the Boise River by the watermaster of Water District 63 throughout the irrigation season. The right holder is not authorized to divert water under this right each irrigation season until storage water is leased.
R69 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.03 cfs per acre nor more than 4.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
01M After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to determine the amount of water diverted from power records and shall annually report the information to the Department.
