R04
Use of water under this water right will be regulated by the watermaster of State Water District No. 63.
The right holder must provide for storage water or some other source of water to be released into the Boise River for mitigation purposes and shall annually provide to the department an executed storage lease agreement or other documentation as proof of such release into the Boise River.
01P
Upon specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a lockable device of a type acceptable to the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.
120
The Director retains jurisdiction to require the right holder to provide purchased or leased natural flow or stored water to offset depletion of Lower Snake River flows needed for salmon migration purposes. The amount of water required to be released into the Snake River or a tributary for this purpose will be determined by the Director based upon the reduction in flow caused by the use of water pursuant to this permit.
123
Water stored under this right is subject to fluctuations of the water table caused by changes in the flow of local streams and by diversions under prior ground water rights. This right does not guarantee the maintenance of any particular ground water level.
106
Use of water under this approval shall comply with applicable water quality standards of the Department of Environmental Quality.
R07
Return flow discharged to a subsurface system must be authorized by a separate injection well permit.
