WD8 The place of municipal use identified above includes land upon which wastewater from the water treatment plant may be applied for irrigation purposes to satisfy water quality requirements. Water diverted under this right shall not be used for irrigation of the place of use described above unless it is first used in the municipal water system for the City of Kuna and its service area. All other municipal use authorized under this right is within the service area of the City of Kuna municipal water supply system as provided for under Idaho law.
