Code Condtions
Each year the right holder shall divert 11.5 acre feet of surface water received from Pioneer Irrigation District into a recharge pond. The right holder shall also divert all unconsumed groundwater diverted under this right into the recharge pond. Diversion of water into the recharge pond shall be managed such that no water flows from the pond. The right holder shall maintain records showing dates and amounts of Pioneer Irrigation District water and groundwater diverted into the recharge pond. A measuring device of a type approved by the Department shall be permanently installed and maintained at the point of diversion from the well and at the inlet to the recharge pond. Commercial use is for a mint still.
