R04 Use of water under this water right will be regulated by the watermaster of State Water District No. &DISTRICT.
The Director retains jurisdiction of this right to require streamflow augmentation or other action determined to be appropriate to protect prior surface water or ground water rights. Such streamflow augmentation or other action will be required only upon a determination of need and applicability by the Director. Water shall not be diverted for fire protection use under this right except to fight or repel an existing fire. Domestic use is for irrigation of lawn and garden. This right authorizes an annual volume of water to fill the pond and the amount required to replace losses through evaporation.
