Use of water under this right shall be non-consumptive. At such times in the future as the Director determines necessary to protect the prior rights of other users, the Director may require determination of the rate of loss, within the system, using a procedure approved by the Director, and may require mitigation for all system losses. Place of use is located within Lot 43, Block 1, Woods No. 2 at Riverside Subdivision. Aesthetic use is for a waterfall. This right does not authorize the diversion of water released from storage for stream flow maintenance under prior right 63-03618.
