Code Condtions
219 This right authorizes a total annual storage volume of 73.3 acre-feet, 13.8 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the ponds, 59.5 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation.
220 The three (3) ponds established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 13.8 acre-feet or a total surface area of 11.5 acres.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 63.
01M After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to use power records to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department.
004 This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
