027 Use of water under this right shall be non-consumptive.
219 Right 63-11812 authorizes the storage of an annual total of 35.0 acre-feet, 32.35 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the ponds and 2.65 acre-feet for the replacement of losses due to evaporation.
220 The two ponds established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 32.35 acre-feet or a total surface area of 26.1 acres.
Right 63-11813 authorizes storage in one of the two ponds authorized under right 63-11812. When combined the total storage capacity is limited to 32.35 acre feet and the combined surface area of the two ponds is limited to 26.1 acres.
