Water shall not be diverted for fire protection use under this right except to fight or repel an existing fire. Place of use is located within Lots 1-17, Block 1; Lots 1-4, Block 2; Lots 1-10, Block 3; Lots 1-2, Block 4; Lots 1-16, Block 5; Lots 1-4, Block 6; Lots 1-5, Block 7; Lots 1-6, Block 8; and Lots 1-3, Block 9 of Shalimar Terrace Subdivision.
