The right holder shall use the full allotment of appurtenant surface water rights in conjunction with groundwater diverted under this right and shall only divert groundwater under this right when water from the appurtenant surface water rights cannot be delivered to the right holder.
Two points of diversion are located within NENW, S36, T03N, R03W.
This right shall not be used if the surface water right(s) appurtenant to the place of use is sold, transferred, leased, or used on any other place of use.
This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than .02 cfs per acre nor exceed a combined annual diversion volume of 45.0 af for the lands above.
Place of use is located within the Wild Rose Ranchettes Subdivision.
Domestic use is for 20 homes and shall not exceed an annual diversion volume of 12.0 af.
Domestic use does not include lawn, garden, landscape, or other types of irrigation.
