T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
004 This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
X50 The well previously used under Right 63-10818 in the NWNE, Section 3 shall be abandoned in a manner which complies with Department well abandonment rules.
046 Right holder shall comply with the drilling permit requirements of Section 42-235, Idaho Code and applicable Well Construction Rules of the Department.
01Q After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall record the quantity of water diverted or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to determine the amount of water diverted from power records and shall annually report the information to the Department.
T17 Prior to diversion of water under this approval, the right holder shall provide a means of measurement acceptable to the Department from all authorized points of diversion which will allow determination of the total rate of diversion.
WB4 The total instantaneous diversion of water from all points of diversion under Rights 63-8402, 63-9658 and 63-10818 shall not exceed 0.42 cfs, nor a total combined annual volume of 28.1 af.
X35 Rights 63-8402 and 63-10818 when combined for irrigation purposes shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 0.12 cfs, a total annual diversion volume of 21.6 af and the irrigation of 5.8 acres.
R65 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 4.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
