R04 Use of water under this water right will be regulated by the watermaster of State Water District No. &DISTRICT.
The right holder shall divert water under this right only during periods when Reynolds Irrigation District is receiving a sufficient supply of irrigation water. Reynolds Irrigation District is considered to be receiving a sufficient supply of irrigation water during periods when excess water from their wells is being spilled into Warm Springs Creek, and during additional periods when representatives from the district confirm that their supply is being satisfied.
