R39 A measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type acceptable to the Department shall be permanently installed and maintained as part of the diverting works.
004 The issuance of this right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
The diversion of water under this permit shall not reduce the flow of the Boise River during the period from June 15 through November 1.
