R64 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 4.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
R04 Use of water under this water right will be regulated by the watermaster of State Water District No. 61C.

R40 The storage of water under this right is contingent upon continued certification by the Department of Water Resources under the dam safety provisions of the Idaho Code, authorizing storage.
18C Prior to diversion of water under this right, the right holder shall provide a means acceptable to the department to measure the amount of water entering the reservoir and the amount of water released from the reservoir.
219 Rights 61-2236D, 61-7273, and 61-7727 authorize the diversion of an annual total of 5,334 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of Hot Springs Reservoir #2.
X35 Rights 61-277, 61-278, 61-279, 61-359, 61-360, 61-2034, 61-2092, 61-2225, 61-2236C, 61-2236D, 61-7244, 61-7273, 61-7561, and 61-7727 when combined shall not exceed a total irrigation of 3,582 acres.
