Two points of diversion are located within NESE, S12, T04S, R06E. This right uses the same wells as Right 61-07106 and when combined with Right 61-07106 shall not exceed a combined annual diversion volume of 96.2 af. The domestic use authorized under this right shall not exceed 13,000 gallons per day per dwelling in accordance with Section 42-111, Idaho Code. Domestic use is for 37 homes. Domestic use does not include lawn, garden, landscape, or other types of irrigation. This right when combined with Right 61-07106 and all other rights shall provide no more than .02 cfs per acre nor more than 4.0 afa per acre for the lands above.
