Rights 61-02236D and 61-07273 are also diverted at the point of diversion described above. Water diverted under this right is injected into and rediverted from Hot Springs Creek. The reservoir used to store water under this right is located in S22, T4S, R8E, and is locally known as Hot Springs Creek Reservoir No. 3. Two points of rediversion are located within the NWNE, S3, T5S, R8E. This right is limited to the irrigation of 2600 acres within the place of use described above in a single irrigation season.
18A The right holder shall install/maintain permanent measuring devices in such a manner that the amount of water entering the reservoir and the amount of water released from the reservoir can be measured.
