G04 For irrigation, water is diverted from the spring, injected into an unnamed tributary of Alkali Creek, and rediverted downstream. For stockwatering, water is injected into the unnamed stream and left in the stream for the cattle to drink.
The right holder shall not divert from the point of rediversion unless an equal or greater flow of water is being injected into the unnamed tributary of Alkali Creek pursuant to this right.
004 This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
132 Domestic use is for 1 home. Irrigation of lawn, garden and landscaping associated with the home is authorized under the irrigation component of this right.
01R When notified by the Department, the right holder shall install and maintain a lockable device of a type acceptable to the Department as part of the diverting works, in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 61E.
R55 This right is for the use of trust water and is subject to review 20 years after the issuance of the permit to determine availability of water and to re-evaluate the public interest.
R68 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.03 cfs per acre nor more than 4.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
