This right is limited to the irrigation of 216 acres within the authorized place of use in a single irrigation season.

Rights 61-281A, 61-282A, 61-302, 61-358A, 61-361A, 61-362C, 61-2006A, and 61-10377A when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 4.32 cfs and the irrigation of 216 acres.

This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 4.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.

The rights listed under Transfer 77754 are limited to the irrigation of a specific 783 acres within the 1605 acre place of use in a single irrigation season. The specific 783 acres to be irrigated by the right holder shall be identified prior to use by submittal of a land list and a representative electronic shape file or by submittal of a land list and a map sufficiently detailed to allow creation of an electronic shape file to be associated with this right. Before changing the 783 acres to be irrigated within the 1605 acre place of use, the right holder shall submit a new land list and representative electronic shape file or map to the Department prior to the irrigation season in which the change will occur.

After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to use power records to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department.

The following rights are diverted through point of diversion described above: 61-300, 61-302.
Water temperature measured at 140 degrees F.

The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.

Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.

Pursuant to Idaho Code § 42-1412(6), this water right is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of water rights as determined by the Snake River Basin Adjudication court in the final unified decree entered 08/26/2014.
