X35 Rights 61-2095A, 61-2199A, 61-2209A and 61-11887A when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 9.34 cfs, a total annual maximum diversion volume of 3200 af at the field headgate, and the irrigation of 800.9 acres.
R64 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 4.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
Prior to the diversion and use of water under Transfer Approval 84440, the right holder shall install and maintain on each point of diversion a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type acceptable to the Department.
R05 Use of water under this right may be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 161.
C11 This water right is subordinate to all water rights with a priority date earlier than April 12, 1994, that are not decreed as enlargements pursuant to Idaho Code § 42-1426. As between water rights decreed as enlargements pursuant to Idaho Code § 42-1426, the earlier priority right is the superior right.
K02 This right is based upon an enlargement of Right Nos. 61-2095A, 61-2199A, and 61-2209A pursuant to Idaho Code § 42-1426.

046 Right holder shall comply with the drilling permit requirements of Idaho Code § 42-235 and applicable Well Construction Rules of the Department.

T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
