R02 A lockable device subject to the approval of the Department shall be maintained on the diverting works in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.
R05 Use of water under this right may be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 57C.
01R When notified by the Department, the right holder shall install and maintain a measuring device of a type acceptable to the Department as part of the diverting works.
THE RIGHT HOLDER IS ENTITLED TO DIVERT AT THE PRESENT POINTS OF DIVERSION, ONE IN THE SWSW, S24, T04S, R01E, AND TWO IN THE SWSE, S13, T04S, R01E ONLY THE AMOUNT OF WATER AT THE OLD POINT OF DIVERSION LOCATED IN THE SESW, S26, T04S, R01E, LESS A 20 PERCENT LOSS. MEASURING DEVICES SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN CASTLE CREEK AT THE OLD POINT OF DIVERSION AND AT THE PRESENT POINTS OF DIVERSION. WATER WILL NOT BE IMPOUNDED AT THE PRESENT POINTS OF DIVERSION IF THERE IS NOT WATER TO WHICH THE RIGHT HOLDER IS ENTITLED.
R65 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 4.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
X35 Rights 57-00106A, 57-00237A and 02-07274B when combined shall not exceed the irrigation of 14 acres.
X61 The period of use for the irrigation described in this approval may be extended to a beginning date of 3/1 and an ending date of 11/15 provided that beneficial use of the water can be shown and other elements of the right are not exceeded. The use of water before 4/1 and after 10/15 is subordinate to all water rights having no subordinated early or late irrigation use and a priority date earlier than 10/25/2002.
N05 THE QUANTITY OF WATER UNDER THIS RIGHT FOR STOCKWATER USE SHALL NOT EXCEED 13,000 GALLONS PER DAY.
N08 THE QUANTITY OF WATER DECREED FOR THIS WATER RIGHT FOR STOCKWATER USE IS NOT A DETERMINATION OF HISTORICAL BENEFICIAL USE.
