R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 57R.
X35 Rights 57-252, 57-1070, 57-2325, 57-7040, 57-7400, 57-7532 and 57-7472 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 4.6 cfs.
Rights 57-249, 57-1073, 57-7040, 57-252, 57-1070, 57-2296, 57-2325, 57-7400, 57-7532 and 57-7472 when combined shall not exceed the irrigation of 160 acres.
