01M After specific notification by the department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the department to determine the amount of water diverted from power records and shall annually report the information to the department.
122 The right holder shall not divert water at a rate exceeding what is reasonably necessary for the beneficial use authorized by this right.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 0.2 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.06 acres. The volume of 0.3 acre-feet under this right includes 0.2 acre-feet for filling the reservoir and 0.1 acre-feet of annual evaporative losses.
R11 Should the use of the water on this right reduce the quality of water available to prior water rights and make it unusable to satisfy the prior appropriations, the right holder shall cease diversion under this right.
