The right holder shall maintain a measuring device to measure the diversion rate and record the total volume of water diverted annually for each point of diversion. Air lines for measuring ground water levels shall be maintained in the wells. The right holder must annually measure and report diversion and groundwater levels as required by the department. The water used for commercial purposes under this approval is applied to and irrigates land listed in the place of use to satisfy water quality requirements. Water shall not irrigate growing plants unless the water is first beneficially used in the dairy as authorized by these water rights. Commercial use is for a dairy located in the NWNW, S28, T10S, R14E. Rights 47-07663B, 47-12606 and 47-12607 are also diverted through the points of diversion described above. Three points of diversion are located within NWNW, S28, T10S, R14E.
