081 Use of water under this approval shall comply with applicable water quality standards of the Division of Environmental Quality of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.
01C A flow measurement port or other device as specified by the Department shall be installed by the right holder to provide for the installation of measuring equipment and the determination of the rate of diversion by the Department.
09C Return flow if discharged to a subsurface system must be authorized by a separate injection well permit, and return flow if discharged to a surface water system shall meet Idaho Water Quality Standards.
Heating use is for a house, non-commercial greenhouse, and in hot tub. Recreation use is for fish habitat in two ponds.
