18B The storage of water under this right is contingent upon the certification of the dam and authorization of storage per the dam safety provisions of the Idaho Code.
Unnamed stream source is locally known as Silver Creek. Three points of diversion are located within SWSW, S11, T09S, R14E. Single point of diversion located on the line between SWSW and SESW, S11, T09S, R14E. Measuring devices of a type approved by the Department shall be permanently installed and maintained at the points of diversion and the points of effluent discharge. Places of use are located in Kanaka Rapids Ranch Subdivision. Use of this right with Right 47-07551A shall not exceed a combined storage volume of 46.5 af. This right authorizes an annual volume of water to fill the storage facility and the amount required to replace losses through evaporation.
