Three points of re-diversion are located within SWSW, S11, T09S, R14E. Single point of re-diversion located on the line between SWSW and SESW, S11, T09S, R14E. Point of injection into and points of rediversion from unnamed stream locally known as Silver Creek. Right 47-07261A is also diverted at the point of diversion described above. Measuring devices of a type approved by the Department shall be permanently installed and maintained at the points of diversion and the points of effluent discharge. Places of use are located in Kanaka Rapids Ranch Subdivision. Use of this right and Right 47-07551B shall not exceed a combined storage volume of 46.5 af. This right authorizes an annual volume of water to fill the storage facility and the amount required to replace losses through evaporation.
18B The storage of water under this right is contingent upon the certification of the dam and authorization of storage per the dam safety provisions of the Idaho Code.
