R19 The right holder shall maintain a totalizing measuring device of a type approved by the Department as a part of the diverting works at each point of diversion.
The right holder shall maintain an airline or similar device approved by the department to measure the water level in the four municipal wells that are described as follows: SESESE of Sec. 29, Twp 10S, Rge 17E; SESWSE of Sec. 29, Twp 10S, Rge 17E; NESESE of Sec. 14, Twp 10S, Rge 17E and NESESE of Sec. 14, Twp 10S, Rge 17E.
226 To the extent necessary for administration between points of diversion for ground water, and between points of diversion for ground water and hydraulically connected surface sources, this right retains its original priority for well locations authorized under this right as identified in the decree issued 03-31-2010.
