X27 This right is limited to the irrigation of 142.0 acres within the authorized place of use in a single irrigation season.
X35 Rights 47-2191, 47-195, and 47-197 when combined shall not exceed the irrigation of 383.7 acres.
01M After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to use power records to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department.
G21 The source of this water right is waste water. The wasting of water may be discontinued at any time.
S20 Use of this right is combined with water from Twin Falls Canal Co.
N05 The quantity of water under this right for stockwater use shall not exceed 13,000 gallons per day.
