Use of water under this right may be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. # 47G.

Upon specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a lockable device of a type acceptable to the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.

When notified by the Department, the right holder shall install and maintain a measuring device of a type acceptable to the Department as part of the diverting works.

Point of diversion and place of use are located on the north 2.362 acres of Lot 16, Salmon River Ranches #1 AMD Subdivision.
This right when combined with the domestic portion of right 47-17674 &/or any other domestic right/use shall provide no more than 13,000 gallons per day and the irrigation of no more than 1/2 acre on the north 2.362 acres of Lot 16, Salmon River Ranches #1 AMD Subdivision.
