The right holder shall make full beneficial use of all municipal water rights available to this facility. This right shall not exceed a maximum annual diversion volume of 81.8 af and the right holder shall limit the diversion of ground water under this right to those times when the municipal water supply is not available for the use authorized under this right.
If use of the municipal water rights available to this place of use are discontinued voluntarily by the right holder, this right shall not be used as a primary source of water.
R19 The right holder shall maintain a totalizing measuring device of a type approved by the Department as a part of the diverting works.
R55 This right is for the use of trust water and is subject to review 20 years after the issuance of the permit to determine availability of water and to re-evaluate the public interest.
